MARSHALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
San Diego Unified School District works with community organizations to set up partnerships to provide resources to neighborhood schools. The school partnership is a way for CABC to show Christ’s love to the community through providing practical help to people who need it. Find out more about our partnership with Marshall >>
SAN DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY'S STEP UP PROGRAM
The mission of the SDSU Step Up Program is to engage, educate, and empower underserved high school juniors in order for them to achieve a post-secondary education and develop practical skills needed to solve health and social problems in their low-income neighborhood. The Juniors from Hoover High that engage in this program are required to take a social work course at SDSU and complete 40 hours of community service at CABC during their Spring semester.
